Diina Tamm is a New York-based professional dancer, choreographer, dance instructor and specialty performer. Originally from Tallinn, Estonia, she has been part of various dance shows in the USA, Estonia, Canada, Australia, Sweden, and Finland.
Her credits include performing for the US Open, opening number of Macy's 91st Thanksgiving Day Parade, dancing for MTV with Liza Koshy, k-pop star Chung-Ha, Fuerza Bruta, House of Yes, choreographing and performing for Estonian American National Council, Telluride Aids Benefit, New York Fashion Week, and MTV TRL to name a few. Her skill set also includes rollerskate dance (Miss´ile Team) aerial dance and lyra performance (Fifth Wall Studio, House of Spirits, House of X), fire dance performance (Liquid Light Flight) and stilt dance. She has also been trained in aerial lyra and flying trapeze. Her work has been featured in The Broadway World, Estonian National Broadcasting, Free Estonian Word, RAW artists, Estonian World, Telluride Daily Planet and many more.
Diina's choreography credits include various shows presented in New York City (“Dusk Till Dawn”, RAW Artist Showcase; "Rush Through"; “Reflection Spectrum”; “Kahn Islander” Studio 842 - Spring Collection Fashion Show at New York Fashion Week) an immersive performance “Tonality of Culture” at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., she was also the head choreographer and assistant director for Telluride Aids Benefit Gala. Diina has danced in music videos by international artists such as Icona Pop, Misterwives, Smoota, Jennifair, Raahel etc. She has performed on various tv shows (MTV “TRL” “Good Morning America”; “Tippkohtumine” on Estonian National Television etc.) and worked as a dancer and choreographer's assistant for a live broadcast on ABC.
Diina has been a principal dancer and choreographer for one of Scandinavia's biggest dance show agencies The Dance Factory, been cast in many shows on cruise ships performed internationally in various theatrical productions and showcases (New York Fashion Week, Tribeca Ball, Virgin Voyages, Proximities at Parsons Gala, Estonian Cultural Days in New York City, Young Choreographers Festival, Nuit Rose Toronto, The Star Sydney etc.) and had the honor to work with amazing choreographers such as Nappytabs, Sam Allen, Amy Gardner, James Jackson Jr, James Koroni, Michael Blevins, Justin Boccitto, Derek Mitchell, Amanda Carlson, Ryan Daniel Beck, Ashlé Dawson, Lauren Blue, and many more.
Diina is currently a dancer and specialty performer at the legendary House of Yes, a company roller dancer at Missile Team, dancer at Sam Allen Swag. She is producing the “Dusk till Dawn” US Tour edition. Diina has also been teaching international masterclasses and workshops in the USA, Estonia, and Spain. She is the creator and instructor of QuaranDiina online dance class series and a faculty member and choreographer at The Dance Conservatory.
